Digital Products Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions of our digital products such as the Bilingual Shopify Theme, Country Selector, Image Gallery, and other products listed at

Support Terms:

  • Our team will be happy to assist you with guidance on the initial installation of the theme and its features, such as highlighting theme settings and how to set up the bilingual sections.  This includes written communications and pointing you to tutorials such as our Theme Demo Store.  However, because our products are created for self-installation, assistance with the manual installation of a theme update, making changes to the content or products on your store, and other manual updates, is not included.  We can provide a quotation for this if required.
  • You are entitled to any theme updates that we release for that theme. To get the latest version, you can email us at  (Installation of the theme, and transferring any customisations, will be up to you).
  • Whilst our support team do our best to accomodate requests for customisations and changes, we cannot guarantee this.  As a rough guide, we allocate around 15-30 minutes of support help, such as making some small CSS changes, per purchase.
  • If you have already made customizations to your theme, or have paid another developer to do so, and this has created problems, unfortunately this is not something we can fix for free.  In those cases, you'd be best to either A) ask your developer to fix it, or B) we are happy to provide you with a quotation.


Individual theme purchases are eligible for a refund within thirty (30) days from the Date of Purchase. However, we encourage you to reach out to our support team on support [at] blackbeltcommerce [dot] com if you encounter difficulties with your purchase.
