I am missing "Account", "Login" from the top tool bar, how can I turn them on?

To show "Account" and "Login", you just need to switch on accounts in Shopify.

To do this, go to your Shopify Admin, then to Settings > Checkout.  Scroll down until you see "Customer Accounts", and make them optional.
