How do I get the "Login" and "Account" links to appear up the top right of my website?

 This is a quick & simple fix.  To get the "Account" and "Login" buttons to appear up the top right, you just need to turn on Customer Accounts in your Shopify Settings.

Specifically, please go to Admin > Settings > Checkout.  Scroll down a bit until you see "Customer Accounts".  From there, choose "Optional".  Then the links will appear.
