How do I change the text size of the top bar, *without* changing the main menu text size?

1. Go to Admin > Themes > Edit HTML/CSS.
2. Open up customise.css.liquid under Assets.
3. Add this at the bottom:

.top-bar {   font-size: 12px !important; }

Adjust 12px to whatever size you need.

Done!
