My images don't seem to be loaded properly. How can I fix this?

We have seen some rare cases where images don't load (for example, your homepage banner).

This is because the theme is loading JQuery twice.  This sounds technical, but is a very easy fix.

1. Open up theme.liquid

2. Use CTRL+F to do a 'find', and look for the word jquery.

3. If you see Jquery being loaded twice, you need to comment out one of them.  (DO NOT delete it, just comment it like this:  <!-- this is a comment -->.  I.e. put that line of code within these tags <!-- code here -->, that's a left triangle, exclamation, then dashes.
